Preparations for Photo Sessions
We offer Pre-Shoot Consultations via phone, email or in person at No Charge.  We're happy to assist in 'storyboarding' your shoot.  And if desired, we can create a private blog specific to your shoot, at no charge, where we can share ideas and images in one place that can be referred to at any time.  After the shoot the blog is deleted.
The uniqueness and impact of your pictures is directly proportional to the effort you make to prepare for your photo session.
Women: please come with no makeup and hair clean and styled
Men: please come with clean hair, shave only to desired length, bring razor
Plan your wardrobe for the photo session like you plan for any night out. Please make sure clothes are pressed and properly protected for transport. If you bring hats, make sure they are properly protected for transport. Shoes and boots should always be clean and polished, new always preferred. Organize and bag jewelry and/or props  for each outfit/scene  you plan.
Wardrobe Organization:
• When ever possible, purchase new outfits and garments for session.  If using previously worn clothing laundry/dry clean and iron as appropriate to the piece
• Intimate and lingerie apparel that best compliments your figure and your personality.  Vintage lingerie and Under Garments go a long way in creating a Timeless look as do the use of Sheer and transluscent materials in creating an Ethereal Look
• Organize and bag outfits, props and accessories so your session time is better spent.
Bring simple bathrobe for makeup/hair preparation during ‘off-set’ time
Magazines are great for inspiration. Use them as a reference, bring actual pages ‘tears’ so we have a better idea of the directions and mood your are hoping to create.
