- Yes. Generally, photographers do not issue copies of the hi-res digital files to clients. We, however, feel that there is a certain degree of security and comfort that is associated with the control of the master files and/or film negatives. There is a Fee for this Transfer of Ownership which is determined by intended usage (private commission or commercial/public display), File Type (digitial or film) and Quantity. It should be noted though, that our clients trust us with the images created. We do not share anything created without explicit permission and we securely store all files and negatives.

- Yes, you can get a full set of watermarked proofs. The images in this proof set are at the same scale as those of your final retouched images, burned to a DVD and either mailed or available for studio pick-up.
• What is a 'watermarked' image?
- A ‘watermarked’ image is one that will contain our transparent embossed logo and the words “Digital Proof”.
• Why do you watermark the images in the proof set?
- As you do not want anything but your best images presented, I too do not want un-retouched images in circulation. Therefore We watermark the proof set so that it is clear that these images are for selection purposes only and are not to be used as final product.
• What size are the proofs?
- The unretouched images are 650 pixels in the longer dimension.
• Can I order extra retouched images?
- Yes! - extra retouching can be ordered at a rate of $30.00/hour.

• Does the photographer provide wardrobe?
- Yes and No. Candace has an extensive collection of costumes and wigs; which, if you share the same size, may be made available to you for the shoot. If a model wants help with selection, coordination or purchase of outfits and accessories, we are happy to assist.
• Who owns the image files and the copyrights?
- Unless otherwise negotciated, we always retain ownership of all images as well as the copyrights to those images.
• Do your sessions always involve nudity?
- No! Nudity is not an expectation or requirement of any of our sessions. It is strictly up to each person to set their own comfort level in this matter, and we always respect and honor your requests without pressure or judgment.
• Do you have to be young and possess a model’s figure for your sessions?
- Most people assume that Intimate/Erotic Photography is about Nudity with or without Sex, and that for such imagery to be ‘good’ the subjects somehow need to be like the ideal we see on TV and in publications. All too often we’ll hear, “I’d love to do this but I just need to go to the gym for a month or two first.” I’ll tell you that while there is certainly nothing wrong about going to the gym, our style of photography and portraiture requires the baring of one’s inner self MORE SO than of one’s Outer self. While we do not expect, nor require, you to remove any of your clothing, we do expect you to come to the shoot with a willingness to bare your soul. Every body is beautiful, but that beauty can only truly be manifested in a photograph when the subject is willing to bare their inner soul. People come to us, not just because we create a comfortable zone of sanctuary, but because very quickly our clients realize that we can be trusted with such a personal gift ... the Gift of Self. Our sessions are about mood, sensuality, passion and erotisim.
• Can our pictures be keep private?
- Absolutely, we never display any pictures from a private photo session unless the model(s) have been contacted and fully consent.
• Do we have to sign a release?
- No, the signing of a model release is never required in a commissioned session. However, we may ask that you consider signing a release if a session yields some particularly artful results - this would only be a request and not a requirement.
• Can I book a session on my own and not as a couple?
- Yes, we do offer “Solo” sessions as well. This is also a great idea for a special gift for your spouse or partner.
• What is considered a couple?
- Any two people are considered a couple, wether they are in the pictures together or not. We further extend the definition to include a Third Person. Again, it matters not if the individuals are photographed together or are sharing the time spent. There is an additional fee for the second and third person to cover make-up. This fee varies dependent on the complexity and changes/progression of make-up during the session.
• Can 2 couples share a session?
- Yes indeed - booking a “four-way” session is a great way for couples to increase erotic fun AND share the costs of the photo session. If two couples do share a session, they don’t have to all be on camera at the same time; camera time can be shared or divided. There are additional charges though, to cover make-up cost for both couples.
• Who selects the final pictures?
- This can happen in any of three different ways: I can pick the best for you or you can select your favorites from a full set of watermarked proofs or we can do this together. The method is always your choice.
